摘　　要：该文探讨将人本管理的系统理论作为核心,使"以人为本"理念引入资产管理工作实践中以取得更突出效果。In this paper, the idea that the systemic theory of humanistic management is taken as the core is discussed. The thought of people oriented is introduced into the asset management work in order to obtain the more outstanding effect.
