摘 要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与一氧化氮(NO)水平的相关性及其与急性脑梗死的关系。方法分别采用高效液相色谱法和G riess重氮化反应法检测62例急性脑梗死患者(起病24 h内)血浆Hcy及NO水平,分析两者的相关性及其与急性脑梗死的关系。结果急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而NO水平则明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平与NO水平呈负相关(r=-0.904,P<0.01)。结论在急性脑梗死的早期血浆NO水平降低,其原因可能与急性脑梗死前后的高Hcy水平有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between homocystine(Hcy) and nitric oxide(NO) in the blood plasma in patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction as well as their relationship with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction(within 24 hours) were enrolled.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and Griess diazotization reaction were employed to determine the levels of Hcy and NO in the plasma and the correlation between Hcy and NO was analyzed.Results The plasma levels of Hcy in acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P〈0.01),whereas the NO levels were significantly lower(P〈0.01).The of Hcy level was negatively correlated with the NO level(r=-0.904,P〈0.01).Conclusion During the early stage of acute cerebral infarction,the lower level of NO in the blood plasma may be closely associated with the increased level of Hcy before and after acute cerebral infarction.
