浅谈我国交通肇事罪的立法完善

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,交通肇事罪的危害性越来越大,且各种新情况层出不穷,我国现行的交通肇事罪已不足以应付这些新问题。我国应借鉴其他国家或地区的立法经验,完善交通肇事罪,以便更好地解决现实问题,保障交通运输安全。Because of the social harm of the traffic accident crime is much more serious than before,and the emergence of new situations,the criminal law about this crime is not able to deal with new problems in our country.China should reference experiences of other countries or areas to improve the legislation of the traffic accident crime.
