摘  要:目的:本实验通过单独分离母乳中的十溴联苯醚(BDE209),建立稳定性同位素内标稀释负化学源气质联用(NCI-MS)快速测定十溴联苯醚(BDE209)的方法。方法:母乳样品冷冻干燥,经正己烷-二氯甲烷索氏提取过多层硅胶柱,净化分离,进样检测。结果:实验结果表明,相关系数r≥0.9999,仪器检出限为4.4 pg,方法检出限为0.08 ng。在0.5~5000μg/L浓度范围内,其平均回收率为61.2%~116%,相对标准偏差范围为4.9%~8.6%。结论:本方法快速、准确,具有较低的检出限,较好的回收率和精密度,符合分析测定的要求,可用于母乳样品的检测。Objective:To establish a rapid gas chromatography - negative chemical ionization - mass spectric method ( GC - NCI- MS ) for the quantitative determination of deca - brominated diphenyl ether (BDE209) by separated target in human milk. Me,otis:The frozen dry human milk samples were purified by mixture silica columns with hexane and dichloromethane and determined by GC - NCI - MS. Results: The correlation coefficients were above 0. 9999, the instrumental detection limits were 4.4 pg and the method detection limits (MDLs) were 0.08 ng. Between 0.01 and 1.0 μg/L concentration, the average recovery ranged between 61.2% and 116%. The relative standard deviations ranged between 4.9 and 8. 6% for BDE209 measured in human milk samples. Conclusion:It is a rapid, accurate, precise, low -limit and high -recovery method for the trace analysis of the BDE209 in human milk.
