儿童重症支原体肺炎40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:了解儿童重症支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床特点、影像学特点、常见并发症,总结治疗经验。方法:对收治的40例儿童MPP病例进行临床分析。结果:40例患儿均有发热、咳嗽表现,合并胸腔积液15例,肺不张12例;2例出现肺出血;21例合并肺外并发症。结论:儿童MPP常合并胸腔积液、肺不张。肺外症状多见心肌、肝功能受损、神经系统受损。阿奇霉素抗炎疗效不佳者常需利福平、甲基泼尼松龙、丙种球蛋白联合治疗。Objective：To understand the clinical features,imaging features,complications of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia（MPP） and sum up the treatment.Method： To analyse the 40 cases of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia .Result： 40 cases of children have fever,cough performance,combined with pleural effusion in 15 cases,12 cases of atelectasis;two cases of pulmonary hemorrhage occurred;21 cases with extrapulmonary complications.Conclusion： The MPP in children is often associated with pleural effusion,atelectasis,the common symptoms of extrapulmonary are cardiac,liver dysfunction and neurological damage.If the anti-inflammatory effect of azithromycin is poor,rifampicin,methylprednisolone,gamma globulin combination therapy are often required.
