摘  要:本文将燃气轮机内部冷却通道简化为梯形截面带肋U型通道,采用瞬态热敏液晶技术获得不同雷诺数下通道表面的努塞尔数分布并与RANS和DES数值模拟对比。结果表明,斜置肋片引起的二次流沿程发展导致通道进出口段传热沿程发展,通道截面变化也对传热分布影响较大。DES方法比RANS方法更好地捕捉到了梯形带肋U型通道中的传热分布规律。Aero-thermo dynamical characteristics in a two-pass trapezoidal internal cooling passage were studied by the transient thermochromic liquid crystal method(TLC) as well as DES and RANS simulations.It is shown from both the experimental and numerical results that skewed ribs induce the secondary flow,which plays a vital role on the thermal characteristics inside the channel from inlet to the outlet.Meanwhile,the variation of the cross-sectional area has a significant impact on channel heat transfer performance too.The characteristics of heat transfer distribution captured by DES are more accurate than that by RANS.
