摘　　要：目的 探讨组织蛋白酶（cathepsin）D在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与胶质瘤病理分级、患者年龄及预后的相关性.方法 采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测cathepsin D蛋白在41例胶质瘤及10例正常脑组织中的表达.结果 cathepsin D在正常脑组织中无表达.41例胶质瘤中25例表达阳性,占61.0%;临床病理分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的脑胶质瘤与Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的脑胶质瘤阳性率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;cathepsin D表达阳性组与阴性组患者2年生存率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 cathepsin D表达的异常在胶质瘤的发展中起重要作用;cathepsin D的阳性表达与肿瘤的病理分级、患者预后密切相关,与患者的年龄无关.Objective To investigate the expression of cathepsin D in human gliomas and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of cathepsin D was detected by using immunohistochemistry SABC method in 41 specimens of human glioma tissue and 10 normal brain tissue. Results In 41 giloma specimens, 25 presented positive staining of cathepsin D with a positive rate of 61.0 %; while none of 10 normal brain tissues showed positive results. There are significant differences in positive rate and staining intensity of cathepsin D between specimens of pathological grade I-II and Ill-IV （P〈0.05）. The recurrence time of gliomas patients was correlated with the expression of cathepsin D （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of cathepsin D is positively correlated with the pathological grade and recurrence time of gliomas.
