摘　　要：目的探讨Cap43在不同病理类型的大肠腺瘤中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测61例大肠腺瘤组织中Cap43的表达,并用图像分析系统进行定量分析。结果大肠腺瘤中Cap43表达的阳性率为83.60%,不同性别、部位、类型及有无不典型增生比较差异无统计学意义。管状腺瘤Cap43积分光密度(IOD)明显高于绒毛状腺瘤(P<0.01),伴有不典型增生的腺瘤Cap43的IOD与不伴有不典型增生的腺瘤差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大肠腺瘤中Cap43的低表达可能是预测腺瘤癌变的分子生物学指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of Cap43 in colorectal adenomas with different pathological types.Methods The expression of Cap43 protein were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method in 61 colorectal adenomas.Quantifation of Cap43 protein was analysed by image analytical system.Results The positive expression rates of Cap43 protein were 83.60% in colorectal adenoma,which was not correlated with sex,position,pathological types（P0.05）.The IOD of Cap43 protein was significantly decreased in colorectal villous adenomas compared with tubular adenomas（P0.01）.The IOD of Cap43 protein was lower in adenomas with dysplasia than without dysplasia（P0.05）.Conclusion Cap43 expression was correlated with various clinicopathological features in colorectal adenomas.It may serve as a molecular markers of colorectal carcinoma.
