摘　　要：目的探讨放射治疗在皮肤血管瘤中的价值。方法从1999年5月至2008年3月,我院放疗科收治血管瘤患者640例,均采用192Ir后装放射治疗,每周1次,治疗2次,单次剂量200～300 cGy,总剂量控制在400～600 cGy。结果640例皮肤血管瘤患者中治愈518例,显效74例,有效26例,无效22例,总有效率96.56%。结论皮肤血管瘤采用192Ir后装放射治疗是有效方法之一,具有治愈率高、无痛苦、无瘢痕及外观效果好等优点。Objective To explore the effect of radiotherapy on skin hemangioma.Methods A total of 640 cases of skin hemangioma were treated with 192Ir afterloading from May 1999 to March 2008 in our department of radiotherapy,one time per week,a total of two times,200-300 cGy per time,and the total dose up to 400-600 cGy.Results Among the 640 cases of skin hemangioma,518 cases were cured completely,74 showed markedly effect,26 showed effect,and 22 showed no effect.The total effective rate was 96.56%.Conclusion 192Ir afterloading radiotherapy is an effective method for treating skin hemangioma with advantages of high efficiency,less pain,less scar tissue and good appearance.
