网络依赖大学生集中封闭式团体咨询干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索大学生网络依赖的团体心理咨询效果,为大学生网络依赖的干预提供依据。方法整群抽取江苏大学8595名学生进行Young网络依赖问卷进行评估,对Young网络依赖量表得分超过40分并符合网络依赖的临床界定标准人群再进行分层抽样,结合面谈甄选出160人作为研究对象。其中80人为试验组,80人为对照组。试验组进行2d的集中团体咨询(20h)和每周1次的强化咨询(5h/次)4次,3个月后用Young网络依赖问卷测查和行为测查问卷进行评估;对照组给予学校常规思想政治教育。结果咨询后,试验组(50.40±13.13)Young网络依赖诊断问卷总分均低于咨询前(36.92±12.79)(P=0.000),也低于对照组(45.18±7.56)(P=0.01)。结论连续、集中式团体咨询是一种有效的干预大学生网络依赖方法。Objective To explore the effective mode and effect of group counseling in undergraduates with internet-dependent,and to provide evidence for the intervention. Methods 8 595 undergraduates were sampled by cluster sampling from University of Jiangsu,and were assessed with Young＇s internet addiction questionnaires （YIDQ）. 160 undergraduates whose scores of YIDQ over 40 were sampled by stratified sampling from the above samples. 160 undergraduates were divided into the trial group （80） and the control group （80） randomly. Centralized and closed group counseling was applied as the intervention of trial group. The intervention in trial group consisted of two-day group counseling （20 hours） and once a week group counseling during 4 weeks,and followed up at the 3 months after group counseling. The control group was only given political thoughts course. And then the undergraduates were assessed again with YIDQ. Results There was significant difference between pre-and post-intervention in trial group（50.40±13.13 vs. 36.92±12.79,P=0.000）,and between trial group and control group（45.18±7.56,P=0.01）. Conclusion Centralized and closed group counseling is an effective mode and technique for internet-dependent undergraduates.
