摘  要:目的了解初中生自我和谐与社交回避及苦恼状况,探讨自我和谐对社交回避及苦恼的影响。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)和社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),对南昌市457名初中生进行评定。结果初中男生和女生在自我与经验的不和谐、自我的刻板性上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),在自我的灵活性上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单因素方差分析显示,初中生社交回避及苦恼的性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);相关分析和回归分析表明,初中生自我和谐对社交回避及苦恼有显著的影响。结论初中生自我和谐与社交回避及苦恼具有显著性别差异,自我和谐对社交回避及苦恼有显著的影响。Objective To study the condition of social avoidance and distress,self consistency and congruence of junior middle school students,and to probe into their relationship. Methods Four hundred and fifty-seven junior middle school students were examined by using SCCS and SAD. Results Among the junior middle school students,there were significant gender differences in self inconsistency and self stiffness(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); there was no significant difference in self agility (P〉0.05); there were significant gender differences in social avoidance and distress according to single factor ANOVA (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Correlation and regression analysis showed that social avoidance and distress obviously affected self consistency and congruence. Conclusion Self consistency and congruence and social avoidance and distress of junior middle school students' have significant difference in sex. Self consistency and congruence obviously affected social avoidance and distress.
