复方乌骨藤汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察和评价复方乌骨藤汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选择非小细胞肺癌(热毒壅肺,痰瘀互结,气虚血瘀证)患者108例,随机分为复方乌骨藤汤联合化疗组(治疗组)38例、单纯化疗组(对照1组)36例及单纯复方乌骨藤汤组(对照2组)34例,两组化疗均采用NP方案,完成2个周期后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率为73.7%,对照1组有效率为41.7%,对照2组有效率为47.1%,治疗组分别同两对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两对照组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在中医分型疗效分析、体重变化及生活质量等方面疗效均明显优于对照1组(P均<0.05),治疗组与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗组同对照2组NK细胞活性及CD4/CD8比值治疗后明显高于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗组及对照2组不良反应发生率明显低于对照1组(P均<0.05)。结论复方乌骨藤汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(热毒壅肺,瘀瘀互结,气虚血瘀证)有较好疗效,能有效改善临床症状,提高免疫功能,明显提高复方乌骨藤汤的治疗效果,并对化疗药物有明显的增效减毒作用。Objective The clinical effect and side-effects of prescription crow bone soup combined with chemotherapy on advanced non-small cells lung cancer were observed and evaluated.Methods One hundred and eight non-small cells lung cancer cases were selected.The prescription crow bone soup combined with chemotherapy group was 38 cases（treatment group）.The single chemotherapy group was 36 cases（control group 1）.The single prescription crow bone soup group was 36 cases（control group 2）.Two chemotherapy groups were completed through NP ways and the effects were evaluated after two therapeutic cycles.Results The curative ratio of treatment group was 73.7%.The curative ratio of control group 1 and control group 2 were 41.7% and 47.1%,respectively.There was a significant difference between treatment group and two control groups（P0.05）,but the two control groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.About the traditional Chinese physician non-single types analysis,body weight change and quality of life,the treatment group surpass the control group 1（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference as compared with the control group 2（P0.05）.The activity of NK cells and proportionality of CD4/CD8 after treatment were inferior to non-treatment（P0.01）.The incidence of side-effect of treatment group and control group 2 were inferior to control group 1（P0.05）.Conclusion The prescription crow bone soup combined with chemotherapy has better therapeutic effects on advanced non-small cells lung cancer and it can improve clinical symptom,immunological function,the effect of prescription crow bone soup and elimination of toxicity of chemotherapy medicines.
