摘  要:目的:探讨中学生升学考试压力、心理弹性与压力困扰的关系。方法:采用Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中文版、压力困扰量表、压力自评量尺等对三所学校的424名应考中学生进行问卷调查。结果:中学生的主观压力、期望水平和备考能力间的不和谐指数与压力困扰呈显著正相关(P<0.01),并均对压力困扰有显著预测作用(P<0.001,P<0.01);在应考压力下,中学生心理弹性和压力困扰存在显著负相关(P<0.01),并对压力困扰有显著预测作用(P<0.001),心理弹性对不和谐指数与压力困扰的关系具有显著调节效应。结论:在升学考试压力下,中学生的心理弹性对压力困扰有显著预测作用,心理弹性对不和谐指数与压力困扰的关系具有显著调节作用。Objective:To discuss the relationship among stress of entrance examination,resilience and stress distress of middle school students.Methods:The Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,the Stress Distress Scale and the Self -Report Stress Scale were used in 424 middle school students from three schools before entrance examination.Results:Subjective stress and inharmonic index between expectation level and ability of entrance examination had significant positive relationship with stress distress(P〈0.01),and both had significant influence on it;(P〈0.001,P〈0.01);the resilience had significant negative relationship with stress distress(P〈0.01) and had significant influence on it(P〈0.001).There were moderating effects of resilience on associations between inharmonic index and stress distress.Conclusion:Under the stress of entrance examination,the resilience of the middle school students has influence on stress distress and moderates the relationship between inharmonic index and stress distress.
