摘　　要：时间管理一直是国内外心理学家的研究热点。我国心理学研究者自90年代以来从各个角度做了大量的理论及实证研究。本文回顾了时间管理倾向的概念,及相关心理变量,并在此基础上对未来发展作了展望。The study of Time Management has always been the hotspot for the psychologists both at home and abroad.Since 1990s,Chinese psychological researchers have proposed the concept of Time Management Disposition and undertaken many studies from different aspects.This article reviews the concept of Time Management Disposition and its relative psychological variables.On this basis,the author foresees the research prospects of its future.
