摘　　要：目的:了解心理咨询和治疗师的受虐待经历与其伦理行为的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法,以自编心理咨询和治疗伦理问题调查问卷(咨询师版)为评价工具,共发放问卷1000份,回收有效问卷601份,有效率为60.1%。其中曾受虐待89人(占14.8%),未受虐待504人(占83.9%)。结果:曾受虐待的心理咨询和治疗师与未受虐待的心理咨询和治疗师相比,体验更多的强烈负性情感(88.8%vs.57.3%),喜欢来访者的比例更多(56.2%vs.34.6%),被来访者所吸引的比例更多(52.8%vs.29.4%),对来访者产生性幻想的更多(17.0%vs.8.7%),以上差异在统计学上均具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:曾受虐待的心理咨询和治疗师在从业过程中更多产生与性有关的情感体验,情感能力有待提高。Objective：To explore the relation between the abused experience and their ethical behaviors of counselors and psychotherapists.Methods：A questionnaire survey was used for the research,self-compiled questionnaire for ethical problems in psychotherapy and counseling（for the clients） was adopted as the evaluating tool.Totally 1000 clients,from 12 cities of China,received the questionnaire survey,and 601 questionnaires were valid.The effective ratio was 60.1%.Among them,89 persons（14.8%） had been abused,and the other 504（83.9%） persons hadn＇t been abused.Results：Compared with the counselors and psychotherapists who hadn＇t been abused,the counselors and psychotherapists having been abused experienced more negative emotions（88.8% vs.57.3%）.The proportion that they liked the clients（56.2% vs.34.6%）,were attracted by the charm of the clients（52.8% vs.29.4%）,and generated sexual fantasies for visitors（17.0% vs.8.7%） were higher.The above differences were statistically significant（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：The counselors and psychotherapists having been abused tent to have sexual affection with clients,and their emotional competence need to be improved.
