蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标及血管内皮分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血脂、血液流变学及血管内皮分泌功能的影响。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用基础治疗加蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊口服,对照组采用基础治疗,两组均以两周为1疗程。观察两组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学指标及血管内皮分泌功能的变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率76.67%,两组差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低,且疗效显著优于对照组;观察组全血黏度(高切、低切值)、红细胞聚集指数、血沉、血小板聚集率和纤维蛋白原明显下降,疗效显著优于对照组;两组经治疗后血管内皮细胞分泌功能检测指标都有不同程度改善,观察组内皮素(ET)、血栓烷B2(TXB2)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)显著降低,并使ET/NO比值显著降低,组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)/PAI比值显著增高,而对照组在ET、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、t-PA和PAI-1有所改善,但观察组ET、PAI改善较对照组更为明显。结论蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效较为满意,能有效降低血脂、改善血液流变学指标和血管内皮分泌功能失调。Objective： To observe Zhilonghuoxuetongyu Capsule to acute cerebral infarction patient blood fats, blood rheology and blood vessel bast secretion function influence. Methods： 60 example acute brain stem patient, divides into the observation group 30 examples stochastically, the control group 30 examples. The observation group uses the foundation treatment to add Zhilonghuoxuetongyu Capsule 4 grain of rid, the control group uses the foundation treatment, 2 weeks are a treatment course. The observation contrast blood fats, the blood stream change and the blood vessel bast secretion function influence. Results： After the Observer Group for a total 93.33% efficiency, the total effective control group, 76. 67% percent, a significant difference between the two groups; observation group of Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride and Low Density Lipoprotein Chalesterol obviously reduce, and the curative effect obviously surpassed the control group; The observation group whole blood viscosity （Gao Qie, cuts value lowly）, the red blood cell accumulation index, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the blood platelet accumulation rate and the fibrinogen dropped obviously, the curative effect obviously surpassed the control group; Two groups after treatment the blood vessel endothelial cell secretion function examination target had the varying degree improvement, observation group bast element （ET）, thrombus alkane B2（TXB2）, plasmin original activating agent inhibitor - 1 （PAl - 1 ） obviously reduced, and caused the ET/NO ratio obviously to reduce, the tPA/PAI ratio obviously advanced, but the control group in ET, 6 - alkone - prostaglandin F1α （6 - keto - PGF1α）, the organization plasmin stired up living creature （tPA） and PAI- 1 originally had the improvement, but the observation group ET, PAI- 1 improvement compared the control group to be more obvious.
