摘  要:试验通过传统微生物分离筛选方法从铅锌矿区重金属污染土壤中分离出1株具有铅抗性的细菌PZ-1,并对该菌株的生物吸附性能进行了分析试验。结果表明,PZ-1在pH 6.0、Pb2+浓度为100 mg.L-1、投菌量为50 g.L-1时其吸附率可达95%;在pH 6.0、Pb2+浓度400 mg.L-1、投菌量为20 g.L-1、吸附时间25 min时吸附效果最好,此时对Pb2+的吸附容量为137.5 mg.L-1,吸附率为77.19%。吸附模型符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程。对PZ-1进行了形态、生理生化以及16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定PZ-1为芽孢杆菌属的短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。A strong lead resistant bacterium was isolated from contaminated soils in the lead-zinc mining district,and bio-adsorption properties of the strain were analyzed.The results showed that PZ-1 exhibited more effective capability of Pb2+ whose biosorption rate was up to 95%,when the Pb2+ concentra-tion was 100 mg.L-1 with 50 g.L-1 biomass.PZ-1 exhibited most effective capability of Pb2+ whose biosorp-tion rate was up to 77.19% and the adsorption was up to 137.5 mg.g-1,when Pb2+ concentration was 400 mg.L-1 with 20 g.L-1 biomass.The absorption models were fitted to Langmuir Isotherm Adsorption Equation and Freundlich Isotherm Adsorption Equation.A series of morphological and biochemical characteristics and sequences analyses of 16S rDNA revealed that PZ-1 belonged to genus Bacillus pumilus.
