摘　　要：目的通过汇总分析评价疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法检索疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效的随机对照研究，主要观察指标为治疗组与对照组神经功能改善（基本痊愈＋显著改善）的比例，次要观察指标为治疗后神经功能评分。应用汇总分析软件包RevMan4．2对各研究结果进行数据合并，并进行发表偏倚分析和敏感性分析评价结果的稳定性。结果纳入相关文献28篇，总共包括1654例急性脑梗死患者，其中疏血通组1030例，对照组624例。疏血通组急性脑梗死患者在治疗后获得神经功能改善的可能性显著高于对照组（OR=3．30，95％CI2．80～3．89；P〈0．00001），而神经功能评分显著低于对照组（WMD=-3．10，95％CI-4．33～-1．86：P〈0．00001）。发表偏倚分析和敏感性分析显示汇总分析结果可靠。结论疏血通注射液能显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能，值得开展高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with meta-analysis. Methods The randomized controlled trials of the efficacy of Shuxuetong injection for acute cerebral infarction were searched. The primary outcome measure was the proportion of neurological improvement （basic recovery ＋ significant improvement） in the treatment and control groups. The second outcome measure was the neurological scores after the treatment, The meta-analysis soft：ware, RevMan 4.2, was used to pool the data of all the findings. Both the publication bias analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed to evaluate the stability of the results. Results Twenty-eight articles were included in the meta-analysis, including a total of 1654 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Of those, there were 1 030 patients in the Shuxuetong group, and 624 in the control group. The possibility of neurological improvement in patients with acute cerebral infarction in the Shuxuetong group was significantly higher than that in the control group （OR =3.30, 95% CI2.80 to 3.89, P 〈 0. 000 01）, and their neurological scores were significantly lower than those in the control group （WMD = - 3.10, 95% CI - 4.33 to - 1.86, P 〈0.000 01）. Both the sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis showed that the result of meta-analysis was reliable. Conclusions Shuxuetong injection may significantly improve the neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. It is worthwhile to conduct high-quality randomized controlled trials and offer further verification.
