摘　　要：目的总结高血压脑出血超早期手术治疗经验。方法 2007年1～12月对36例高血压脑出血患者进行超早期显微手术治疗。结果术后CT复查血肿清除彻底。按格拉斯哥预后评分标准随访3个月,良好19例,中残11例,植物生存1例。结论高血压脑出血超早期手术治疗具有创伤小、血肿清除彻底、并发症低等优点。Objective To explore the effects of ultra-early microsurgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 36 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by ultra-early surgery from Jan 2007 to Dee 2007. Results According to Glasgow outcome score,the 3-month follow-up showed 19 cases of good recovery,ll cases of moderate disability and 1 case of vegetative stage. Conclusion Microsurgieal treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage during its ultra-early period has advantages of less invasion, thorough removal of lesion, low incidence of complications.
