摘　　要：高等教育市场是一类特殊市场,其供求关系、市场状态与市场类型对学费定价有一定影响。市场失灵是高等教育市场的基本特点,使得学费定价成为扭曲环境下偏离最优的定价行为,也是政府价格管制的重要对象。但是,由于高等教育的市场差异与市场分割,不同类型的高等教育会有不同的市场表现,也为市场机制发挥作用提供了空间。因此,学费定价就成为政府机制与市场机制"双重耦合"的结果。Higher education market is a special class of markets in which the supply and demand relationship,market status and the type of market pricing have a certain impact on the tuition pricing.Marketing failures are not only the basic characteristics of higher education market,making tuition pricing deviate from the optimal pricing behavior in the distorted circumstances,but also the important target of price control under the government.However,due to market differentiation and market segmentation in higher education,different types of higher education have different market performance,which also provides space for the role of market mechanisms.Therefore,the tuition pricing has become the result of ＂double coupling＂ between market mechanism and government mechanism.
