摘　　要：本文列出六个条件，研究出当Γ－环元素具有的性质适合哪些条件就能确定根类，从而使判断元素的某个性质是否可确定根类相当简化．此方法不仅使许多熟知的具体根类可由统一方式给出，还得到一大批Γ－环新的根类．全文分二部分，本文是第一部分：基础理论．In this paper we consider certain conditions on properties that elements of a Γ ring may have which determine radical classes. This approach simplifies considerably the process of determininy whether a property of possessed by the elements of Γ rings determines a radical class. With this method many well known concrete radical classes can be given in unison, and a lot of new radical classes of Γ rings can be given too. This paper consists of two parts. Here is one:basic theory
