摘　　要：本文较详细地论述了一种先进的ＧＴＯ状态识别原理，给出了一种切实可行的状态检测电路．该电路具有结构简单，抗干扰能力强等优点．利用它成功地检测到了ＧＴＯ的通断状态，实现了对１３ｋＷ／５００ＨｚＧＴＯ直流斩波调速装置和１５ｋＷ／１０ｋＨｚＧＴＯ中频电源中ＧＴＯ的快速保护．In this paper,An advanced states detecting theory is described in detail.According to the theory, A practical state dectecting circuit is provided.By it,The destroyed GTO or abnormal operating states can be detected.The circuit has the advantages of simple structure and high disturbance restricting performance.It has been safely operating in the fast protection for 13kw/500Hz GTO dc chopper and 15kw/10kHz medium frequency induction heating power supply employing GTO.
