摘 要:目的:研究自攻与助攻两种植入方式对微种植体生物力学性能的影响。方法:采用自身对照原则,将36枚微种植体植入6只成年Beagle犬上颌后牙区。左右各植入3枚种植体,一侧以自攻植入,对侧以助攻植入。每侧随机分配植入不同愈合时间(2、4、8周)的种植体,在实验8周末,处死动物,取材与固定,获得带有微种植体的骨块进行拉拔力试验。结果:2周,4周时,自攻植入的微种植体平均拉拔力值均高于助攻方式植入者,无论自攻还是助攻其拉拔力均随愈合时间的延长而增大,且两种植入方式2周愈合与8周愈合均有显著差异,仅在助攻组发现2周愈合时间与4周愈合时间的平均拉拔力出现显著差异。结论:需要早期加载的微种植体尽量选择自攻植入,而为了提高助攻植入微种植体的初期稳定性,需适当延长愈合时间。Objective:To investigate the different effects of the drill-free and the drill implanting methods on the microscrew biomechanical property.Method:Thirty-three pure titanium microsrews were inserted into the buccal interradicular spaces of the six male beagles' maxillary bone.A self-control design was used,that is,in each beagle the microscrews were inserted through the drill-free(DF)or the dril(lD)methods on the left or the right side respectively.Three microscrews were implanted one after the other on each side at different sites with different healing time(2 w,4 w or 8 w).All the implantation sides and sites were randomly assigned.The dogs were sacrificed at the test time and all bone-microscrew specimens were prepared for the pull-out test.Result:The mean pull-out force in the DF group was significantly higher than the D group at 2 w and 4 w but not at 8w.Higher pull-out force was observed with longer post-implantation healing time in both groups.Significant difference was observed between 2 w and 8 w in either group and between 2 w and 4 w in the D group.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the microscrew be inserted by the drill-free method for sake of early loading.The microscrew inserted by the drilling method should wait a longer healing time for a higher stability.
