肝癌中基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子的研究进展

摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)家族是降解细胞外基质的重要酶类,组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子(TIMP)是MMP的天然抑制物。在细胞外基质中MMPs和TIMPs的失衡已证实与多种病理状态,尤其是与肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。作者就MMP和TIMP的结构、功能及其与肝癌(HCC)侵袭、转移的研究进展进行综述。The matrix metalloproteinase（MMP） family is an important enzyme degrading extracellular matrix,and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase（TIMP） is a natural inhibitor of MMP.The imbalance of MMPs and TIMPs in the extracellular matrix has confirmed to relate with a variety of pathological states,especially tumor invasions and metastasis.Here,a review concerning about the research proceeding of the structures and functions of MMPs and TIMPs,the relationship between them and hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） invasion or metastasis is presented.
