摘 要:本试验系统研究了添加不同水平的酸化剂、防腐防霉剂和酶制剂对青贮饲料感官品质、pH值、二次发酵时间及饲料营养成分的影响。结果表明:青贮饲料中添加2%复合酸化剂、0.8%复合防腐防霉剂和0.2%复合酶制剂均可以获得优质青贮饲料;添加复合酸化剂、防腐防霉剂和酶制剂均可以使pH小于4,有利于饲料青贮;添加0.8—2.4%复合防腐防霉剂,能延长二次发酵时间,添加2.4%复合防腐防霉荆最为理想;添加复合酶制剂可减少粗纤维含量,提高NFE含量,有利于饲料青贮并提高饲料质量。The experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of acid reagent, preservafive, mildew inhibitor and enzyme on pH, the time of mildew and nutriments of silages. The results indicated that The compounded acid reagent, preservative mildew inhibitor and enzyme all made pH 〈 4, and silages supplemented 2%, 0.8% and 0.20%, respectively, the quality were better. Enzyme supplementation reduced CF and increased NFE of silages. Silages supplemented 0. 8 - 2.4% compounded preservative and mildew inhibitor were prolonged the time of mildew.
