芽孢益生菌剂对肉用仔鸡饲料可消化能蛋比影响的研究

摘  要:在基础日粮配方中分别或复合添加淀粉酶高产芽孢菌株BA和蛋白酶高产菌株KB2为试验组,以基础日粮配方为对照组,并与高蛋白日粮组和高能日粮量组进行肉用仔鸡的饲喂试验。试验结果表明:高蛋白和KB2试验组可明显提高l-21日龄的生长速度,但43—56日龄的生长速度减缓,样品的腹脂率和胸肌含量与对照有明显差异;高能和BA试验组的43—56日龄样品增重效果明显;复合菌剂试验组的各期的增重均提高显著,56日饲喂的料肉比仅为1.92。本研究结果表明,添加不同的芽孢茵剂,对基础日粮的可消化能蛋比具有一定的影响。Probiotics Products with Bacillus Spores; Digested Energy/Digested protein; Percentages of Abdominal FatAbstract: Probiotics products with Bacillus spores BA and KB2, which can secret high amounts of amylase or protcase respectively, were combined or alone to be the feed additives in the based diet of meat broiler chickens, the treatment groups also include the diet with higher content of energy or protein than the based diet of control group. The results showed that: the growth rate of 1 -21 days chickens can be improved significantly in the KB2 and higher protein groups, but the growth rate decreased in the period of 43- 56 days compared with control group. The significant differentiae were also showed by the data of abdominal fat and wing per- centages in the same test groups. The growth rate of 43 -56 days chickens were increased signifi- cantly in BA and high energy groups. In the whole feeding period, the growth rate increased sig- nificantly in the treatment group with combining spores, the ratio of meat to feeding was only 1. 92. Our study indicates that the DE/DP of based diet can be changed to various extent by differ- ent Bacillus spores.
