摘 要:四极质谱计多次搭载在探测器上对行星大气进行分析,获得了一些有价值的信息。本文主要分析了四极质谱计在空间应用时面临的问题:空间同质异位元素的干扰,进样系统的污染,对采样速度的要求等;并以具体的空间探测任务为例,探讨了质谱计设计的成功和不足之处,以及未来空间探测任务对四极质谱计提出的新要求;提出了从小型化、激励方式、离子源技术等方面进行改进的设想。QMS(Quadrupole mass spectrometer) has been carded by spacecraft to-study the composition of planetary atmosphere for many times, and some valuable information was obtained. This paper analyses the problem QMS faced when it operates in space, such as isobaric species problem, inlet system contamination, sapling rate limitation etc. Taking the practical space exploration mission as an example, the success and deficiency of QMS design were discussed, and the new requirement for QMS in future space application was explored. Some suggestions for performance improvement were presented, such as using micro-engineering technology, changing excitation mode and employing new ion source technology etc.
