摘　　要：目的:探讨如何发展医学留学生教学。方法:从制定留学生相关教学规定,采用多种教学方式手段,加强师资队伍建设,将网络技术融入教学等方面进行阐述。结果:对医学留学生教学有进一步指导作用。结论:通过对医学留学生在教学管理方法、教学方式手段、师资队伍建设等方面进行改进,从而提高教学水平。Objective：To explore how the development of medical student teaching.Methods：the paper detailedly expresses foreign students in the following aspects,how to establish the teaching regulations,how to use multiple teaching method in teaching,how to enhance the medical teacher constructions and how to use the internet techology in medical teaching.Results： further guidance function to Medical foreign students.Conclusion： The management of the medical students in teaching methods,teaching methods means,The improvements of the construction of teaching groups and so on.Then to enhance the teaching level.
