摘 要:目的观察载银纳米二氧化钛树脂(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)基托中二氧化钛光触媒的协同抗菌作用。方法采用肉汤稀释法测定载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉对粘性放线菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);测定等量载银纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化钛树脂基托在无光及日光灯照下对粘性放线菌的抗菌率,并对其进行对比。结果载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉对粘性放线菌的最小抑菌浓度为2.5g/L。当载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉在树脂基托中的浓度为2.5g/L时,无光及光照条件下其对粘性放线菌抗菌率分别为88.7%、100.0%;等质量纳米二氧化钛在无光及光照条件下其对粘性放线菌抗菌率分别为6.3%、68.7%。结论纳米二氧化钛只有在光照条件下方可显示出抑菌作用,纳米银不经光照具有抑菌作用;载银纳米二氧化钛兼具两者的优点,具有广泛的应用前景。Objective To observe the antibacterial of photocatalytic material on poly methyl methacrylate denture base with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 in vitro.Methods Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the denture base with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 against Actinomycetes viscosus was examined by broth dilution method.According to the MIC,the antimicrobial effect of resin bases with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 or nano-titanium dioxide were examined and contrasted in the dark and under fluorescent lamp.Results The MIC of the Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 against Actinomycetes viscosus was 2.5 g/L.When containing anti-bacterial Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 powder in the resin base of the concentration of 2.5 g/L,the Dark and light conditions on Actinomycetes viscosus anti-bacterial rates were 88.7% and 100.0%,respectively.The anti-bacterial rate against Actinomycetes viscosus of resin bases with nano-titanium dioxide were 6.3% and 68.7%.Conclusion The resin bases with nano-titanium dioxide only in the light conditions,can be shown bacteriostasis against actinomycetes viscosus and the resin bases with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 have good bacteriostasis against actinomycetes viscosus both in dark and in light,with a wide range of applications.
