摘  要:目的研究载银纳米二氧化钛树脂基托在遮光条件下对口腔常见致病菌变形链球菌、粘性放线菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌效果。方法测定载银纳米二氧化钛粉剂在体外对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌、白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),分别以各自的MIC作为载银纳米二氧化钛在聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂(PMMA)义齿基托中的添加基准量,在遮光条件下测定加入载银纳米二氧化钛粉的PMMA义齿基托对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率。结果载银纳米二氧化钛对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌、白色念珠菌的MIC分别为5、2.5、20g/L;3种MIC载银纳米二氧化钛粉PMMA义齿基托对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率分别为75.1%、88.7%、50.1%;扫描电镜观察证实了加入载银纳米二氧化钛的义齿基托试件上的变形链球菌、粘性放线菌比未加抗菌粉的义齿基托试件上的明显减少。结论遮光条件下,载银纳米二氧化钛粉对3种口腔常见致病菌均有抑制作用,其中粘性放线菌、变形链球菌效果显著,白色念珠菌效果较差。Objective To investigate the Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 resin denture base in the shading conditions of the oral pathogenic bacteria Streptococcus mutans,Actinomyces viscosus and Candida albicans anti-bacterial effect.Methods To determine the Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 powder in vitro Streptococcus mutans,Actinomyces viscosus and Candida albicans were detected for the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC),respectively,in their respective MIC concentrations of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2,as set out in the PMMA denture base in the add the baseline,and shading conditions for determination of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 powder of the PMMA denture base pairs of Streptococcus mutans. Actinomyces viscosus and Candida albicans antibacterial rate were also detected.Results The Ag-embe dded nano-TiO2 on Streptococcus mutans,Actinomyces viscosus and Candida albicans the MIC,respectively were 5,2.5,and 20 g/L;Three MIC concentrations of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 powder of the PMMA denture base care of Streptococcus mutans,Actinomyces viscosus and Candida albicans in antibiotic rates were 75.1%,88.7%,50.1%;scanning electron microscope confirmed that the inclusion of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 on the denture base specimens of S.mutans,Actinomyces viscosus than those without added anti-bacterial powder specimens on the denture base decreased significantly.Conclusion The shading under the conditions of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 powder shows inhibitory effects on three oral pathogenic bacteria,including Actinomyces viscosus,Streptococcus mutans results are obvious,and less effect on Candida albicans.
