摘  要:目的观察载银纳米二氧化钛树脂(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)基托中银离子及钛离子的释放特点。方法将5g/L载银纳米二氧化钛树脂基托分为2组,A组试件在蒸馏水中浸泡30d;B组试件在蒸馏水中浸泡1d(取第1、7、14、21、30天浸提液),采用电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定A、B2组试件浸提液中银离子及钛离子含量。结果A组试件浸提液银离子含量为(37.72±6.20)μg/L,钛离子含量为(2.18±0.33)μg/L;B组第1、7、14、21、30天浸提液银离子含量分别为(10.30±2.80)、(4.07±1.86)、(3.96±1.58)、(4.88±0.75)、(3.67±0.16)μg/L,钛离子含量分别为(1.89±0.06)、(1.30±0.30)、(1.88±1.32)、(1.18±0.08)、(1.27±0.16)μg/L。结论载银纳米二氧化钛树脂基托中银离子及钛离子在蒸馏水中释放量小,银离子在第1周释放量较大,其后趋于平稳,钛离子则始终保持平稳的释放量,这为载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉在义齿基托中的抗菌长效性提供了科学依据。Objective To investigate the poly methyl methacrylate denture base with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 in the silver ion and titanium ion release characteristics.Methods Five g/L of poly methyl methacrylate denture base with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 were divided into two groups:in group A specimens immersed in distilled water for 30 days; in group B specimens immersed in distilled water 1 day (to take the first dip 1,7,14,21,30 days extract),using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were determined in both groups A and B in the sample extract silver ion and titanium ion content.Results In group A specimen extract silver ion concentration was (37.72±6.20)μg/L and Ti-ion concentration was (2.18±0.33)μg/L.While in Group B at 1,7,14,21,30 days extract silver ion concentrations were (10.30±2.80)、(4.07±1.86)、(3.96±1.58)、(4.88±0.75)、(3.67±0.16)μg/L;titanium ion content were (1.89±0.06)、(1.30±0.30)、(1.88±1.32)、(1.18±0.08)、(1.27±0.16)μg/L,respectively.ConclusionThe poly methyl methacrylate denture base with Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 in the silver ion and titanium ion release in distilled water in a small.Silver ions in the first week of release large,then stabilized.Titanium ion is to always maintain a stable release,which is carrying Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 powder in the antibacterial denture base provides the scientific basis for long-term.
