摘　　要：氨基酸螯合铬是一种新型铬营养强化剂，具有许多保健功能。本文首先回顾铬保健品的发展历史及现状，然后总结了氨基酸螯合铬的制备方法和反应机理，最后指出了其应用前景以及进行更系统和深入研究的必要性。Chromium - amino acid complex, which had lots of sanitarian functions was a new nutrient supplements. This article included a brief review of the development of the chromium complex, followed by a description of the preparation and reaction mechanism of chromium -ami- no acid complex. The application prospects of chromium - amino acid complex were pointed out in this paper finally. This paper outlined some of existing problems and discussed some related prac- tical issues finally.
