摘　　要：本文就香菇多糖对免疫器官、细胞免疫和体液免疫、调控细胞因子的影响和抗肿瘤等生物学功能作一综述，旨在证明香菇多糖作为一种新型饲料添加剂的可能性和优越性。In order to prove new feed additive, the effects as immunity and humoral immunity, the possibility and advantages of lentioan（LNT） as one kind of well as its prospect of lentinan（LNT） on immune organ,cellular regulating cell factors, antitumor were reviewed.
