食品安全要从饲料抓起

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的日益提高，食品安全已成为国内外民生的热点话题；同时，我国已加入WTO，食品安全问题严重制约着我国的对外贸易。而食品安全与饲料安全有着很大的关系一动物性食品的安全，首先是饲料的安全。本文从不安全饲料的危害、国内外饲料安全与食品卫生的现状、饲料安全问题的对策研究和行业发展面临挑战等几个方面综述了饲料安全与食品卫生问题，以期对现实起到警示作用。Today, with the improvement of people＇s living standards, food security has become a hot topic of the people＇s livelihood. At the same time, with our entrance into the WTO deeper, food security problems have become huge barriers to our export. What should be noted is that food security has great relations with feed safety. There is no animal food security without feed safety. In this paper, the harm from unsafe feed, the status of the feed safety at home and abroad, and the countermeasure research on feed safety as well as the challenges that the development of the industry will face were reviewed.
