摘　　要：目的探讨术前介入化疗对晚期直肠癌病人治疗的疗效。方法对本院收治的32例晚期直肠癌患者进行回顾性研究。结果22例行标准根治术或扩大根治术；4例行姑息性切除术；2例行结肠造瘘术。结论直肠癌的术前辅助化疗降低了局部复发率、提高了手术切除率、增加了保肛率。Objective Of preoperative intra-arteriaL chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer patients with the efficacy of the treatment. Methods Treated in our hospital of 32 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients were studied retrospectively. Results 2 routine standard radical mastectomy or extended radical mastectomy; 4 routine palliative resection;2 routine colostomy. Conclusion Preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for rectal cancer reduces local recurrence rate, and improve the resection rate, increased sphincter preservation rates.
