摘 要:以16 Mnq 钢的角焊接头为对象,研究了TIG重熔工艺、重熔区的脆化倾向、接头疲劳强度和疲劳裂纹生长特点。确定了能使工艺过程稳定、重熔区形状良好的工艺参数和方法。证明了重熔区脆化倾向不大,断裂韧性良好。TIG重熔能使接头的疲劳强度提高60%~70%。The paper studios the TIG remelting process, the brittle tendency in TIG remelting zone, the fatigue strength of joint and the characteristics of fatigue crack growth, taking fillet welded joint of 16 Mnq steel plates as the object. The process parameters and methods which can make TIG remelting procedure stable and make the profile of TIG remelting zone smooth are determined. It is demonstrated that TIG remelting can inere- ase fatigue strength of fillet welded joint by 60%-70% and that the brittle tendency in the remelting zone is not serious so that its fracture toughness can be as well as the original joints.
