摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理对抑郁症患者实施无抽搐电休克治疗的影响。方法:选住院治疗抑郁症患者80例。分为40例对照组和40例实验组,对照组按常规术前一天对患者及家属告之无抽搐电休克的常规注意事项。实验组除了常规注意事项外予以实施全程人性化护理。采用SAS问卷调查进行效果评定。结果:实验组患者采用SAS问卷调查与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:人性化护理使治疗顺利进行,减少并发症发生,提高了治疗成功率,对护理质量和患者满意度提高也起到了积极的作用。Object：To explore the effect of human nursing to ECT therapy on depression patients.Method：To choose the 80 inpatients who stayed in my hospital from January 2005 to December 2007,to divide them into sample group with 40 patients and experimental group with 40 patients,sample group patients and their family members were been told the normal attention affairs 1 day before operation;the experimental group patients were given both normal nursing and human nursing through the whole hospitalization,then the staff used the SAS questionnaire to assess the effect.Results：the experimental group patients were been used the SAS questionnaire to investigate compare to sample group,the difference has the statistic meaning（p〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The human nursing make the therapy go on favorably,can reduce the syndrome and increase the success rate on therapy,it make the active function on nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
