摘 要:以海底行走机构行星齿轮传动的中心齿轮齿数、模数和齿宽为设计变量,考虑影响齿轮传动应力计算各种因素的随机性、边界约束的模糊性,以行星轮系的体积和最小为目标函数,应用模糊可靠性优化设计理论,建立了海底行走机构行星齿轮传动的模糊可靠性模型。分别以原设计、普通优化设计和模糊可靠性优化设计方案建立了行走机构的虚拟样机,仿真分析表明三种设计方案均能满足行走机构的作业要求,模糊可靠性优化设计在满足使用要求并且保证可靠度的前提下大幅度(比原设计降低了8.87%)地减小了行星轮系的体积,提高了行走机构的机动性能,具有很大的实用价值。The mathematical model of the fuzzy reliability for the planetary gear train of the traveling mechanism in the sea bed is developed by the fuzzy reliability optimization design theory. The number of the center gear teeth,module and the gear width of the traveling mechanism are referred as design variables. Minimizing the volume sum of the planetary gear train is objective function,it is based on the randomness of some factors and fuzzification of the edge-constraints which of effect the gear driving stress calculating. The virtual prototypes of the traveling mechanism are respectively set up with the original design,the general optimal design and the fuzzy reliability optimization design. The simulation results show that the three kinds of design could be in the request of traveling in the sea bed. And the fuzzy reliability optimal design would reduce the volume of the planetary gear train considerably (lower than that of the original design of 8.87%),and improve maneuvering capability of the traveling mechanism in the premise of meeting the operating-requirements and ensuring the reliability,while it has great practical utility.
