摘　　要：目的:探讨arresten基因在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用RT-PCR检测42例结肠癌癌组织及相应的癌旁组织和远癌组织中arresten mRNA的表达情况。PCR产物经凝胶电泳,比较各组织中arrest-en与β-actin条带的灰度值之比,半定量分析arresten mRNA的表达水平。结果:癌组织中arresten mRNA表达水平(0.43±0.14)低于癌旁组织(0.51±0.13)和远癌组织(0.57±0.11);随着肿瘤分化程度的升高,ar-resten mRNA在癌组织中的表达也增加(P<0.05),但arresten mRNA表达在结肠癌临床分期(TNM)、淋巴结转移和病理类型间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:arresten mRNA在结肠癌组织中低表达,arresten基因在结肠癌的发生发展过程可能发挥重要作用。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of arresten gene in human colorectal carcinoma.Methods：The expression of arresten gene was detected by RT-PCR in 42 cases of colorectal cancer tissue,matched paracancer tissue and tissue 5cm away from tumor margin.PCR products were tested by gelelectrophoresis.The expression of arresten gene in three kinds of tissue were semiquantified by calculating the ratio of the grey value of arresten bands and that of β-actin bands.Results：The expression level of arresten mRNA in cancer tissue（0.43±0.14）was lower than that in paracancer tissue（0.51±0.13）and tissue 5 cm away from tumor margin（0.57±0.11）.Higher expression level of arresten mRNA was correlated with better tumor differentiation（P0.05）.Relationship was not observed between the expression of arresten mRNA and TNM stages,lymph node metastasis and histopathological types（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of arresten mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues is reduced.Arresten gene may play an important role in the tumorigenesis of colorectal cancer.
