摘　　要：目的探讨隆突型皮肤纤维肉瘤的MRI特征。资料与方法搜集3例隆突型皮肤纤维肉瘤并参考相关文献分析其临床及MRI特点。结果MRI均表现为皮下脂肪内规则肿块,呈圆形或类圆形,边界清楚,T1WI与肌肉信号相比为等信号,T2WI呈较均匀高信号,注射Gd-DTPA增强扫描,呈明显均匀强化。结论隆突型皮肤纤维肉瘤的MRI表现具有一定特征性,结合临床及MRI特点可做出正确诊断。Objective To discuss MR features of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.Materials and Methods The clinical presentations and MR imaging features of 3 cases with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans were analyzed with reviews of literature retrospectively.Results MR showed all tumors located in the subcutaneous fat with regular shape,which were round or roundlike,clearly defined margin. On T1WI,tumors had signal intensity similar to that of skeletal muscle.On T2WI,tumors had a homogeneous high signal intensity. After the injection of Gd-DTPA,all tumors were homogeneous enhanced.Conclusion There are characteristic MRI features in dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans,it is not difficult to diagnose dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans combine clinical manifestations with MRI features.
