摘　　要：本文综述了近些年阿尔茨海默病与轻度认知功能损害在磁共振成像脑结构测量、弥散成像、波谱成像及功能成像等方面的研究,旨在对其早期临床诊断及治疗提供参考。This article summarizes the recent progress of the brain structural measurement using MRI and diffusion imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging and functional magnetic resonance imaging in Alzheimer disease and mild cognitive impairment,and provides a reference for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer disease and mild cognitive impairment.
