阴茎鳞癌中survivin和caspase-3蛋白的表达及其与腹股沟淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴茎鳞癌中survivin和caspase-3蛋白的表达及其与肿瘤细胞凋亡和腹股沟淋巴结转移的关系。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测survivin和caspase-3蛋白在31例阴茎鳞癌组织(其中腹股沟淋巴结转移14例)及15例正常阴茎组织的表达情况。结果:阴茎鳞癌组织中survivin的表达显著高于正常阴茎组织(P<0.01);而caspase-3在阴茎鳞癌组织中表达显著低于正常阴茎组织(P<0.05);survivin表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01和P<0.05);与年龄、病理分级无关(P>0.05)。survivin与caspase-3表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:survivin、caspase-3可能参与了阴茎鳞癌的发生发展。Objective： To study the expressions of survivin and caspase-3 in penile squamous cell carcinoma and explore the relationship with inguinal lymphnode metastasis.Methods： The expressions of survivin and caspase-3 genes were detected in 31 cases of penile squamous cell carcinoma by using immunohistochemical methods of SP,including 14 cases with lymphnode metastasis and 15 cases of normal penis tissues.Results： The expression of survivin was significantly higher in penile squamous cell carcinoma than that in normal penis tissues（P〈0.01）,but the expression of caspase-3 was obviously lower（P〈0.05）.The survivin gene expression was correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）,but not correlated with the age and pathological grade（P〉0.05）.The expression of survivin was negatively correlated with caspase-3 expression（P0.01）.Conclusion： The survivin and caspase-3 genes may participate in the development and progression of penile squamous cell carcinoma.
