摘 要:采用RAPD、SRAP两种标记方法分别对6个绣球菌(Sparassis crispa)菌株进行亲缘关系分析,结果分析表明2种方法结果一致,平均每条引物组合产生的条带数分别为20.5和24.5,多态性条带的比例分别为91.4%和78.8%。结果显示,6个菌株间均有遗传上的差异,菌株4号、5号同源性最大,相似系数分别达到了0.981和0.875,说明菌株4号、5号可能是同物异名。Six strains of Sparassis crispa conserved by Agricultural Applied Mycology Lab, Qingdao Agricultural University, were studied by using the molecular techniques of RAPD and SRAP in this experiment. The results showed that the results of two methods are consistent. Each primer combination generated the average strip of 20.5 and 24.5, respectively. The proportion of polymorphic bands were 91.4% and 78.8% respectively, and 6 strains were different at genetic. Sparassis crispa strain 4 and 5 exhibited a higher genetic similarity (similar coefficients were up to 0.9813 and 0.8570), which showed close phylogenetic relationship.
