摘　　要：目的:降低化疗药物渗漏风险的发生率,确保护理安全。方法:对乳腺癌术后蒽环类药物化疗后发生渗漏的患者进行分析。结果:药物因素、患者自身因素、渗漏后不同处理方式等影响护理安全。结论:化疗前评估可降低渗漏的发生率;化疗过程中应仔细观察渗漏的先兆;对化疗渗漏应及时、正确的处理可有效的减轻患者的痛苦,降低护理风险。Objective To reduce the risk of chemotherapy the incidence of leakage, to ensure care and security. Methods of breast cancer after anthracycline after the analysis. Results The results of drug factors, patient＇s own factor, leakage effects at different processing methods nursing safety. Conclusion The assessment before chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of leakage; chemotherapy should be carefully observed during the leakage of precursor; on chemotherapy correct treatment can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce the risk of nursing.
