摘　　要：从计划免疫的重要性入手,说明了建立免疫规划信息平台的必要性,并重点介绍了平台的设计要求、构建原则、数据库的选型、安全保障体系以及平台所能实现的各项功能等。Starting with the importance of programmed immunization, the necessity of building an immunization program information platform is explained, and the design requirements of the platform, constructing principles, type choosing of database, safety guarantee system as well as various functions provided by the platform are introduced emphatically.
