摘　　要：企业信息能力成为企业获取竞争优势、提高竞争力的重要因素,因此分析和评价企业信息能力具有十分重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。分析了影响企业信息能力的关键要素,构建了我国企业信息能力评价的指标体系,并提出了企业信息能力评价的测度方法,以期为我国企业信息能力的培育和提升提供指导。Enterprise information capacity becomes an important factor in gaining competitive advantage and improving competitiveness,therefore,the analysis and evaluation of enterprise information capacity is of great theoretical value and practical guiding significance.This paper analyzes the key elements of enterprise information capacity to build evaluation index system of information capacity of Chinese enterprises and put forward its assessment methods,with a view to providing guidance for the cultivation and promotion of the information capacity of Chinese enterprises.
