摘 要:目的选择适用于纯化复方川芎方乙醇提取液的大孔吸附树脂和其最佳纯化条件。方法通过静态吸附与解吸实验对3种大孔树脂进行筛选。通过单因素实验对最佳上样量、洗脱溶剂浓度、体积等进行考察。结果最佳纯化工艺为采用HPD100型大孔吸附树脂,上样量为5.4∶7-5.5∶7(树脂∶原药材质量比),依次用2 BV蒸馏水、7 BV体积分数50%乙醇进行洗脱。结论使用该工艺可有效地纯化复方川芎方乙醇提取液,重现性好。Objective To study on purifying the ethanol extract of compound Chuanxiong prescription with macroporous resin.Methods Static adsorption and desorption experiments were carried out to screen on three kinds of macroporous resins.The sample volume,concentration and volume of elution solvent were optimized by single-factor experiments.Results HPD100 macroporous resin was selected.The sample volume is 5.4∶7 ~ 5.5∶7(Wresin∶Wraw medicinal herbs),eluting with 2 BV distilled water,followed by 7 BV 50% ethanol.Conclusion The ethanol extract of compound Chuanxiong prescription can be purified effectively by macroporous resin with good reproducibility.
