来华印度留学生的跨文化压力调查对管理的启示

摘　　要：运用定量研究的方法,对江苏大学57名印度留学生在中国的跨文化适应压力情况进行研究。调查结果显示被试印度留学生,经历一定时间的适应后,仍然经受着一定程度的跨文化适应压力,有部分同学的跨文化适应问题还很严重(Max.=112)。其中印度教教徒感知的跨文化适应压力最大,其次是伊斯兰教徒,而基督教徒是最小的。针对上述情况进行分析,提出留学生管理方面几点建议。This study aims at investigating the acculturative stress state of 57 Indian international students in Jiang Su University, by quantitative research study. It turned out that after more than three years＇ stay in China, the Indian participants still reported accuhurative stress to a certain level, some students even revealed high acculturative stress status quo （Max.= 112）. As far as the participants were concerned, Hindu students perceived the highest aeculturative stress, followed by the Islamic students, and Christianity students reported the least pressure. And then, recommendations are made for international students＇ management basis on these issues impact factor analysis.
