摘　　要：噪声是溢流阀常见故障,在纯水液压系统中更为突出,严重影响到液压系统的稳定性、精确度、安全可靠性及寿命。系统分析纯水液压溢流阀噪声产生的原因,表明纯水液压溢流阀噪声主要是由气蚀、压力波动、卸荷冲击和机械摩擦等引起的,并针对这些原因提出了相应的解决措施。Noise is a common failure of relief valve which is more prominent in the pure water hydraulic system. It seriously affects the stability, accuracy, security, reliability and life expectancy of the hydraulic system. The causes of noise of pure water hy- draulic relief valve were analyzed which indicated that noise was mainly generated by cavitation, pressure fluctuation, unloading impact, mechanical friction and so on. The corresponding solutions weres provided aimed at these causes.
