摘　　要：教学督导是保障和提升高职高专教育教学质量的主要手段之一。本文结合高职高专教学督导的性质和特征,针对目前教学督导工作中存在的问题,从指导理念、机构设置、队伍建设和运行机制等方面对高职高专的教学督导体系进行建构。Teaching supervision is one of the main means to guarantee and promote the quality of higher voca- tional education. In view of the current problems in the supervision, this paper, based on the nature and charac- teristics of such supervision, aims to Set up a teaching supervision system feasible in higher vocational education in terms of guiding principles, organizational framework, team construction and operating mechanisms,etc.
